“In today's day and age of inconsistent communication, mediocrity, unreliability, lack of trustworthiness and dependability and outrageous prices for poor service, Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions proved to be the proverbial needle in the haystack as he delivered excellent communication from start to finish, spectacular work with tremendous attention to detail, showed up early each day and stayed late in order to ensure he finished prior to the agreed upon deadline, was trustworthy and dependable every step of the way and best of all, he was willing to do fantastic work at a fair price and had no issue working within my budget while still delivering superior results. Aliaksandr at MasterFix Solutions was the epitome of first class customer service from start to finish, as he completely transformed two bathrooms that had sustained water damage. He handled everything from the drywall and painting to the installation of flooring and resetting of the plumbing fixtures. He worked extremely hard each day to stay on schedule and took the time to make sure I was pleased with his progress each day. He was also very personable, friendly and humble and was very appreciative of the opportunity to take on this project as he did not take one minute for granted. He also took tremendous pride in his work and at the end of the project he made sure that everything was cleaned up, all trash was disposed of and I was completely happy with the final outcome before asking for one cent of payment, which is rare in today's day and age of upfront deposits paired with inconsistent service.
