Clean Joints and the Right Sealant
Old failed material is removed where practical, the joint is cleaned and dried, and a suitable sealant is applied with controlled bead size and tooling. Caulk is not a substitute for correcting active leaks, loose surfaces, failed waterproofing, rot, or excessive joint movement.
